The Butler Days Inn offers everything you need for your wedding reception in one place. With your choice of 2 banquet halls, they can accommodate any size wedding reception. The Terrace Room is the smaller hall and is perfect for weddings with up to 180 people. The Crystal Room is the larger room and can easily accommodate up to 500 guests while still allowing for room to dance and mingle.
The Crystal Room has multiple wedding packages to choose from, depending on your needs. They will even allow you the flexibility to create your own package if you would prefer. Package contents vary, but include items such as:
- 4 hour open bar
- Fully staffed bartending service
- Champagne toast for the bridal table and all guests
- Full course dinner served by fully staffed banquet service
- All tables set with linen, china, crystal, and silver
- Chair Covers with color coordinated sashes
- Fresh candlelit floral arrangements for guest tables & bridal table
- Bridal table & cake table are all accented with under lighting
- Choose from a wide selection of wedding cakes
- Wedding cake is cut and served to all guests
- Complimentary king sleeping room for the Bride & Groom on their wedding night
- Special group room rates for your guests
- Hall rental complete with setup, cleanup and security
In addition to all of the above amenities, one of the most important features is the inclusion of a professional wedding coordinator, who will help plan and coordinate your wedding reception and be there on the date of your event to ensure everything goes as planned.
The Crystal Room is the larger of the two banquet halls and is located toward the rear of the hotel. The Crystal Room has Italian marble floor throughout the entire room. Lighting is provided via crystal chandeliers and wall sconces that are fully adjustable. The side walls each contain large mirrors, adding an elegant look to the hall. The Crystal Room will accommodate up to 500 guests and still leave plenty of room for your cookie table, appetizer table, cake table, gift table and dance floor. The bar is located on the right side of the room and is large enough to allow for several bartenders which would be needed for larger events. From an entertainment perspective, the acoustics in The Crystal Room are among the best of any hall that we have performed in.
There are so many benefits to choosing the Butler Days Inn for your wedding reception, but there is one that I want to be sure to point out. In addition to being a banquet hall, the Butler Days Inn is a ‘Full Service Hotel’. This is a huge advantage at the end of the evening, since your guests have the ability to spend the night right at the Days Inn. A lot of brides & grooms do not realize the liability that they assume by hosting a wedding reception with an open bar. When guests drive home from your event after drinking alcohol, the potential for an accident exists. Offering guests the ability to spend the night just might make all the difference in the world.
