The Chadwick is a wedding banquet facility that we highly recommend. The Chadwick is located just off of route 19 in Wexford PA. We have performed at The Chadwick many times through the years, at events ranging from weddings for less than 100 guests, to several large banquets held by UPMC with over 500 guests.
Upon arrival to The Chadwick, you will find plenty of well lit parking and easy access with no steps, which is important for elderly guests. You enter into a large, beautifully decorated lobby area. The Chadwick consists of a very large ballroom that can be sectioned off into separate smaller ballrooms, depending on the size of your event. This allows the banquet hall the flexibility to easily accommodate events ranging from 80 to over 700 guests.
One of the features that I like at The Chadwick are their Bridal Suites. When you hold your wedding reception at The Chadwick, they include a bridal suite, which is a separate room from the ballroom, where your bridal party can freshen up and relax for a moment, prior to the introductions. Also included in each of the wedding packages is a complimentary bottle of champagne and a hors d’oeuvre platter that will be available for you and the bridal party upon arrival.
The Chadwick has several reception packages to choose from. They offer either sit down service, buffet service, or station packages. They will also allow you to design your own package “a la Carte” for those that are looking for something different. All of their reception packages include House Brand, or Premium Brand bar service. Your menu will be prepared by The Chadwick’s talented Chef and will incorporate both wonderful flavor and style. Tastings can be scheduled in advance with the Chef to ensure that you enjoy the entrees you wish to serve.
