On Saturday September 18th 2010 we were at the Succop Conservancy in Butler Pennsylvania. The event was a wedding ceremony and wedding reception for Steve and Katie Rauschenberger. Steve and Katie were married at Succop Conservancy at 3:30 pm by Reverend Stephen Franklin. The ceremony was held on the brick cul-de-sac located directly in front of the Marcraig House. After the wedding ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktails and appetizers as the bridal party posed for pictures with professional photographer Nathan Black of Nathaniel Black Photography.
At 5:00 pm we formally introduced the bridal party to “Rock & Roll Part II” by Gary Glitter. We then introduced Katie and Steve to “Another One Bites The Dust” by Queen. After the introductions, Steve and Katie cut their wedding cake to the song “Hit Me With Your Best Shot” by Pat Benatar. Next, a toast was given by best man Mr. Scott Gumto.
Dinner was prepared by the culinary staff at Medure’s Catering from New Castle PA and was served buffet style. After dinner, we invited the newlyweds to share in their first dance together as husband and wife to “You’re Everything” by Keith Urban. Katie and Steve then danced with the bridal party to “Forever” by The Beach Boys. Next, Katie requested a special dance with her father Mr. Randy Schuler to “Butterfly Kisses” by Bob Carlisle and Steve danced with his mother Mrs. Mary Blurton to “Wing Beneath My Wings” by Bette Midler.
Throughout the remainder of the evening, guests danced to music by Michael Jackson, Bon Jovi, Usher, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Big & Rich, Alan Jackson and more. At10:00 pm we invited all of the guests to share in the last dance of the evening to “Last Dance” by Donna Summer.
