Irons Mill Farmstead

Irons Mill Farmstead is situated on 5 acres of rolling farmland in New Wilmington Pennsylvania. The rustic barn was originally constructed in the 1940’s and underwent major renovations before they began hosting weddings in 2014.

Located in the heart of Amish county, you can be assured you will see many local residents traveling the roadways via horse & buggy. Their beautiful location adds to the rustic flare of this unique wedding venue.

The barn at Irons Mill Farmstead is 2-levels and is fully climate controlled. This feature alone sets it apart from most other barn-type wedding venues in Western PA. The lower level provides the perfect location for your cocktail hour and also serves as a backup location in case the ceremony must be moved indoors due to weather.

The main level of the barn boasts beautiful hardwood floors and breathtaking lighting that includes 3 hanging crystal chandeliers. The entrance and windows are all framed with romantically draped fabric, which helps create that rustic chic vibe that many couples are looking for today.

Irons Mill Farmstead also provides couples with the use of their brand new bridal changing cottage. The bridal cottage is the perfect location for pre-ceremony activities such as getting hair & makeup done, getting dressed, or just sharing a mimosa with the bridal party.

The wedding ceremony can be held outdoors at their newly remodeled ceremony location. With a professionally landscaped backdrop and large garden arbor, it is sure to amaze your wedding guests.

Irons Mill Farmstead utilizes Medure’s Catering from New castle as their exclusive caterer. I cannot say enough good things about Medure’s Catering. They are very attentive and constantly provide the most incredible meals.
