Greystone Fields in Gibsonia PA

Having performed at well over 1000 weddings, at literally hundreds of different banquet halls, it takes a lot for a banquet hall to impress me. This past weekend, Greystone Fields in Gibsonia PA has managed to do just that. This was the first time I have been to Greystone Fields since they opened a few years ago.

Greystone Fields is located on Sandy Hill Road just moments off of Route 8 in Gibsonia PA. It sits on a meticulously landscaped piece of property, with a breathtaking view and more photo opportunities than you can imagine. Greystone Fields is owned and operated by Paul & Virginia Alexandrunas who, along with the help of friends and family, have created a truly magnificent banquet hall.

When you arrive at Greystone Fields, you will find plenty of well lit parking, which is overseen by parking attendants to ensure a smooth flow of traffic. Once you walk up to the outside of the banquet hall you will immediately notice the abundance of flowers & shrubbery, along with the calming sounds of a cascading waterfall. There is a covered porch on the front of the building and large uncovered patios on the side and rear of the hall. There is also a beautiful white gazebo and plenty of outdoor seating where guests can relax and just take in the scenery.

After entering the main hall, you realize just how much time, money & effort the Alexandrunas family has put in to this place. Everything is maintained with meticulous detail. The room is filled with natural sunlight, entering through large arched windows and French doors that surround the ballroom. There is a large vaulted ceiling with plenty of recessed lighting that is fully adjustable to create just the perfect atmosphere. The floors are all done in a luxurious maple hardwood that easily blends with any color scheme. At one end of the hall there is a fully equipped kitchen area from where your caterer can work. There is also a large wet bar that will easily accommodate multiple bartenders. Between the bar and the kitchen, you will find the grand staircase which leads to an upper sitting loft.

In addition to wedding receptions, Greystone Fields also offers bride & grooms the ability to hold their wedding ceremony on-site. During the summer months, wedding ceremonies are held on the outdoor patio area. They also offer the ability to hold your ceremony indoors year round.

Currently, Greystone Fields offers several different event-pricing packages. The packages vary in content and price based upon the event requirements. An event coordinator will work with you to define the details of your unique event. They do allow you to choose your own caterer, bartenders, florist and entertainment. This flexibility allows thrifty brides & grooms to stay within budget, while allowing others that are looking to create a “Platinum Wedding”, the freedom to do so.
