On Saturday we we at the Butler Country Club. The event was a wedding ceremony & wedding reception for Larry & Jennifer Fitzpatrick. The weather turned out to be perfect for the outdoor wedding ceremony that started at 4:00 pm. There were approximately 145 guests and everyone fit comfortably under the covered outdoor patio at the Butler Country Club. Jen and Larry hired a string quartet to play the music for the wedding ceremony & we provided a PA system with wireless microphones for the 2 Officiants.
Following the ceremony, Jen & Larry personally released guests by rows; this was done as opposed to a traditional receiving line. Guests then entered the Butler Country Club where they enjoyed appetizers and cocktails as the bridal party headed out on the golf course for some photographs.
After the bridal party returned from taking pictures, we formally introduced them into the hall and then Jen & Larry proceeded to cut the cake.
This was followed by a toast by the best man Dylan Fitzpatrick and then one by the maid of honor Brittany Thoma. Dinner was prepared by the culinary staff at the Butler Country Club and was served sit-down style. As one could expect from the Butler Country Club, the meal was delicious.
After dinner, Jen & Larry shared in their first dance as husband and wife and then we opened up the dance floor. Through out the evening guests danced to everything from “Unchained Melody” by The Righteous Brothers to “Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)” by Beyonce.
The wedding reception lasted until 10:00 pm at which time we invited all of the guests to head outside where the staff from the Butler County Club handed them sparklers. After all of the sparklers were lit and the guests were arranged on both side of the car port, Jen & Larry exited the reception through a dazzling (or should I say sparkling) archway!
