Hooten, Thank you for the comment. I also questioned the legality of the Wish Lanterns in the US. I spoke to the owner of WishLantern.com earlier today and he was not aware on any regulations banning the use of the Lanterns in any of the States. However, as you mentioned, different venues may have thier own policy and not allow brides & grooms to use them. They are really beautiful in the night sky but not all venues allow them...so bride's just double check with your venues before you order them - in some locations they are considered fireworks.
