Thomas and Brandis Paull Wedding

On Saturday June 20th 2009 we were at the St. John’s Cathedral Center in Munhall PA. The event was a wedding reception for Thomas & Brandis Paull. Thomas & Brandis were married at 3:00 pm at the Elizabeth United Methodist Church. Guests began arriving at the St. John’s Cathedral Center around 4:30 pm where they enjoyed cocktails, appetizers and even a Candy Bar.

The St. John’s Cathedral Center is a very large room that will easily accommodate several hundred guests. For this wedding there were approximately 200 guests and there was still plenty of room.

The bridal party was formally introduced around 6:00 pm at which time Thomas & Brandis played “The Newlywed Game”. This was followed by the cake cutting and then toasts from the best man & maid of honor. Dinner was then served buffet style. During dinner, guests enjoyed an 18 minute photo montage which was assembled by bridesmaid Rachel Morgan.

After dinner Thomas & Brandis shared in their first dance as husband and wife to “When I Said I Do” by Clint Black & Lisa Hartman Black. Our newlyweds then danced with the bridal party and their parents. We opened up the dance floor and guests danced for about an hour before we introduced some special guests. You see, Brandis’ father has played the drums for many years. He is currently in a band called “The Jades” and used to be in a band called “The Majestics”. On this evening, Brandis’ father Tom Toth, along with members from The Jades & The Majestics were scheduled to perform a set for the guests. Tonight’s band consisted of Tom Toth on drums, Vince Sestito on keyboards, Paul Banahasky on bass and Dave Hixon on lead guitar. The band played several classic tunes such as “Celebration”, “Play That Funky Music”, “Twighlight Zone”, “Freebird” and “Glory Days”. After the band’s performance, we then continued with open dancing for the next couple of hours until the event wrapped up at 11:00 pm.
