Ronald and Erica Lehman Wedding
On Saturday October 17th 2009 we were at The Atrium in Prospect Pennsylvania. The event was a wedding reception for Ronald and Erica Lehman. Erica and Ron were married at 2:00 pm at St. Michael’s Church on Center Avenue in Butler PA.
The doors to The Atrium opened at 4:00 pm and as guests entered they immediately noticed the wonderfully decorated banquet hall. In addition to decorations provided by the staff at The Atrium, Ron and Erica also arranged for decorations from Ruthann’s Elegant Décor of Sharon PA. Guests were able to enjoy cocktails and appetizers for the next hour as the bridal party was being photographed by Vikki Dobosh of Creative Imagez Photography.

At 5:00 pm we formally introduced the bridal party to “Viva la Vida” by Coldplay. Ronald and Erica were then introduced to the song “I’ve Gotta Feeling” by The Black Eyed Peas. After the introductions, we invited Erica & Ron to the dance floor where they played The Newlywed Game. Erica and Ron then cut the wedding cake to “Calico Skies” by Paul McCartney.
Dinner was prepared by the culinary staff at Jody’s Pantry and was served family style. I know I have mentioned Jody’s Pantry in several previous Blog posts, but I just can not say enough good things about them. Owners Jody & Rick Wimer are a delight to work with and provide some of the most incredible cuisine imaginable – as well as some awesome wedding cakes.
After dinner we invited Ronald and Erica to share in their first dance together as husband and wife to “Into The Mystic” by Van Morrison. They then danced with the bridal party to the song “Truly, Madly, Deeply” by Savage Garden.
Next, Erica had requested several special dances. The first was with her father Frank Synowsky to the song “Over The Rainbow” by Harry Nilsson. Then she danced with her mother Joan Davenport to “In My Daughters Eyes” by Martina McBride. Next, Erica danced with her step father David Davenport to “Only You” by The Platters and finally she danced with her grandfather Gilbert Taggert to “What A Wonderful World” by Louis Armstrong.
Ron had requested a special dance with his mother Debbie Lehman to the song “I Hope You Dance” by Lee Ann Womack.
Throughout the remainder of the evening, guests danced to music by Joe Cocker, Pitbull, Beyonce, Kid Rock, K.T. Tunstall and more. The evening came to an end at 11:00 pm as we invited all of the guests to share in the last dance of the evening to “Wonderful Tonight” by Eric Clapton.
