Boasting Butler’s only “Full Service Hotel” the Butler Days Inn offers a variety of amenities to please even the most demanding guests. Their newly renovated facility gets my vote as one of the most improved wedding locations in Butler County.

The Butler Days Inn offers everything you need for your wedding reception in one place. With your choice of 2 banquet halls, they can accommodate any size wedding reception. Heritage Hall is the smaller hall and is perfect for weddings with up to 180 people. Holiday Hall is the larger room and can easily accommodate up to 500 guests while still allowing for room to dance and mingle.

The Butler Days Inn has multiple wedding packages to choose from, depending on your needs. They will even allow you the flexibility to create your own package if you would prefer. Package contents vary, but include items such as:

In addition to all of the above amenities, one of the most important features is the inclusion of a professional wedding coordinator, who will help plan and coordinate your wedding reception and be there on the date of your event to ensure everything goes as planned.

As I mentioned earlier, the Butler Days Inn has been recently renovated and there are plans for even more upgrades in the near future. The changes are obvious from the moment you enter the main lobby and are carried through to both banquet halls.

Holiday Hall is the larger of the two banquet halls and is located toward the rear of the hotel. Holiday Hall has new carpeting throughout the entire room. The center of the hall contains a very large hardwood dance floor which was recently upgraded. Lighting is provided via brass chandeliers and wall sconces that are fully adjustable. The side walls each contain large mirrors, adding an elegant look to the hall. Holiday Hall will accommodate up to 500 guests and still leave plenty of room for your cookie table, appetizer table, cake table, gift table and dance floor. The bar is located on the right side of the room and is large enough to allow for several bartenders which would be needed for larger events. From an entertainment perspective, the acoustics in Holiday Hall are amongst the best of any hall that we have performed in.

Heritage Hall is the smaller hall and is located just off the main hotel lobby. Heritage Hall will accommodate up to 180 guests for a wedding reception while still allowing adequate room for movement. Although the capacity for this room is less than Holiday Hall, the room is every bit as elegant and some brides & grooms actually prefer the smaller more intimate feel. One of the nicest features in this room is the large crystal chandeliers that provide the lighting and add an extra touch of class to any event.

The Butler Days Inn also offers its own night club right on the property. Located just off the main lobby is Playmaker’s Sports Bar & Grill. In addition to nightly entertainment, Playmaker’s Sports Bar & Grill offers great food and drink specials. This allows your guests who do not want the fun to end, the option of continuing the festivities.
